These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ceo99a platform, including the website at https://ceo99a.cam, all associated mobile applications, software, game services, promotional programmes, and customer support functions (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Services").

ceo99a is an English-language online gaming platform designed for and targeted at users in Malaysia. The Platform offers live dealer casino games, sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other international markets), RNG slots, poker, lottery, and ancillary gaming services. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Member" / "User" / "You" — any individual who has registered and holds a verified account on the Platform.
• "Account" — the individual registered account created by a Member, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Balance" — the funds held in a Member's Account, inclusive of real-money deposits and any credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted to a Member's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any related winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process required under the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of all transactions on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any activity expressly forbidden under Section 9 of these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on ceo99a, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (individual) acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional account registrations are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded individual on the Platform or on any responsible gambling register that the Platform recognises.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of ceo99a or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such persons.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), a valid contact email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify ceo99a promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ceo99a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

ceo99a reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without providing a reason, and without liability to the applicant.

ceo99a operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal request.

The following documents are typically required to complete KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid Malaysian government-issued photo ID — MyKad (front and back), Driver's Licence, or Passport (photo page).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or equivalent), or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, showing your name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of the Member holding their photo ID beside their face, with both the face and ID document clearly visible and legible.

Additional documentation may be requested at the Platform's discretion, including source-of-funds documentation for high-value transactions. The KYC verification process typically takes 24 to 48 hours from the time all required documents are received in full.

Submission of false, forged, or misleading identity documents will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to the relevant Malaysian authorities.

All deposits and withdrawals on the ceo99a Platform are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform does not charge currency conversion fees. Supported payment methods include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank Online Banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (USDT and BTC via designated wallet addresses).

Deposits are credited to a Member's Account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds from the Member's payment provider. ceo99a is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's KYC verification must be complete and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be fully satisfied prior to withdrawal.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits for the Member's current VIP tier.
• The withdrawal destination must belong to the same individual as the registered account holder — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Estimated processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow) — 5 to 30 minutes; FPX bank transfer — 30 minutes to a few hours; cryptocurrency — 15 to 60 minutes subject to network conditions. Times are indicative and not guaranteed.

ceo99a offers a range of promotional bonuses, loyalty rewards, referral incentives, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. Members are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before claiming any bonus.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500. Bets exceeding this cap during an active bonus may result in winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%; table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stated validity period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days) will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: Any Member found to be exploiting bonus structures through arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or other abusive behaviours will have all bonuses forfeited and their account permanently suspended.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses carry a maximum withdrawal limit on bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.

ceo99a reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of any such change will be given reasonable notice where practically possible.

All games available on the ceo99a Platform — including live dealer games, RNG slots, table games, sports betting markets, poker, lottery, and bingo — are subject to their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or upon request from customer support.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game, the relevant round will be voided and any stakes returned to the Member's account balance in full, to the extent permitted by the applicable game provider's rules. ceo99a is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Member's end.

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled according to official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition in question. In the event of disputes regarding results, the Platform's decision — informed by official sporting records — shall be final.

Mix Parlay bets on football markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other competitions) are subject to standard parlay rules: if one selection is void (e.g., a match is abandoned), that selection is removed from the parlay and the remaining odds recalculated accordingly.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes in poker, live dealer games, or any other game type.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculations in odds or game logic — Members who identify such issues must report them to support immediately rather than exploiting them.
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using the account of another individual, whether with or without that individual's permission.
• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent documentation during KYC verification.
• Engaging in "gnoming" — the practice of creating secondary accounts to circumvent restrictions, including self-exclusion, account suspensions, or bonus eligibility limits.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward customer support staff or other Members.

All content on the ceo99a Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, sound files, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ceo99a or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ceo99a.

Any unauthorised use of ceo99a's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Malaysian law, including the Copyright Act 1987 (as amended) and the Trade Marks Act 2019.

ceo99a is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Members. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible from any Member's account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that the Member can set and adjust.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly loss caps to prevent excessive losses within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications alerting Members when they have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary suspension of the Member's account for a period chosen by the Member (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, available without restriction and without requiring a reason.

ceo99a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a request to do so.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks initiated against the Platform through a payment provider.
• The Member's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ceo99a, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or its Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, ceo99a shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, hardware failures, or software errors on the Member's end.
• Losses attributable to the Member's voluntary gambling decisions.
• Delays or failures in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Any inaccuracies in game outcomes or odds where such inaccuracies are attributable to the relevant third-party game provider.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ceo99a takes reasonable measures to ensure the Platform operates without interruption, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance at all times.

ceo99a collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, personal data collected by ceo99a is used for account administration, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. ceo99a does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption measures. Members retain the right to request access to, rectification of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ceo99a holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute arising between a Member and ceo99a, the Member is encouraged to contact the Platform's customer support team in the first instance. ceo99a will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 14 working days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in the Platform's operating licence documentation. Members acknowledge that gambling winnings and losses are the result of voluntary participation and are not subject to civil recovery actions in most jurisdictions.

ceo99a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email notification to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or urgent operational necessity.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.
